Technical providers
The current website runs in the OpenAI Sites environment, form data is stored in Cloudflare D1, and Plausible Analytics code loads for aggregate traffic measurement. Before launch, Flash must verify and publish the contracting legal entities, registered addresses, precise processing roles, and any additional email or CRM providers.
Form submissions generate an internal email notification to hello@flashapp.hu through Lovable's email-sending service. The notification contains the submitted information; the receiving mailbox is hosted by Nethely. This internal notification does not send an automatic confirmation or marketing email to the person submitting the form.
International transfers
The actual processing locations, any transfers outside the European Economic Area and the safeguards used must be finalised before live data collection. Transfers to a third country may take place only with an appropriate legal safeguard.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data. You may object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

If you believe the processing infringes your rights, contact us first.
