We are preparing the Budapest launch. Join the list and we will be first to share the launch date.

We will publish the launch service areas before launch and email the details to everyone on the update list.
What is the call-out fee, and when do I pay it?+
After launch, you pay the 9 900 Ft call-out fee in the app when you submit a request. The professional then assesses the job on site and gives you a quote. If you approve it, the call-out fee is deducted from the final total. All further payments are also made in the app.
How long does it take Flash to find a professional?+
After launch, we start searching when you submit your request. Timing depends on the task, location, chosen time, and professional availability. We will update you in the app; an exact arrival time cannot be guaranteed in advance.
What does Priority help mean?+
It means we process your request as a priority. It does not guarantee an immediately available professional, an exact arrival time, or immediate work.
What if I do not accept the on-site quote?+
The professional will not start the work. You pay only the 9 900 Ft call-out fee.
Will I receive an invoice?+
An invoice is issued for the call-out fee and for completed work.
What if I have a complaint or am not satisfied?+
After launch, contact Flash support directly in the app. We will record the report, clarify the details, and explain the next step.
Can I request help with a larger or more complex job?+
Yes. After launch, describe the task in as much detail as possible in the app. Flash will use this to look for a suitable professional. Work starts only after the on-site assessment and your approval of the quote.
How does Flash find a professional?+
We use your problem, Budapest location, and chosen time to look for a suitable professional. You do not need to search through or choose from professionals yourself.
