The 20,000 Ft total already includes the 9,990 Ft call-out fee. The customer pays a further 10,010 Ft for the repair.
If only a call-out or cancellation fee is due, we take no commission from it.

What happens after signup?
We'll email you the joining requirements and launch updates. If you decide to join, you can register in the app when it becomes available.

Does signing up commit me to anything?+
No. Signing up only requests information, with no payment obligation. This is not professional registration: you can decide whether to join once you have the details.
How does the call-out fee work?+
We hold 9,990 Ft on the customer’s card and charge it only when you set off to their address. No VAT is added to this fee. If the customer accepts your quote, the call-out fee is deducted from the total price. If they decline the repair, only the call-out fee is due, with no commission. Charging the card does not mean an immediate bank payout to you: settlement depends on the booking outcome.
What happens with cancellations or failed visits?+
The immediate or scheduled cancellation cut-offs apply to the customer. Flash takes no commission from a valid fee-only outcome. If the customer cannot be reached or does not provide access, you must arrive at the correct address and time, attempt contact and wait at least 15 minutes; safety exceptions are reviewed separately. If you cancel or do not attend, the customer pays no fee.
How many jobs can I expect?+
That depends on your area, trade, availability and local customer demand. We do not guarantee a specific number of jobs.
When can I start taking jobs?+
After Flash launches in Budapest, once you have registered in the app and meet the joining requirements. We'll email you the launch date and next steps.
